I sat in my living room studying for my exams, when suddenly I heard the door bell,I wasn't expecting anyone since I hadn't told anyone about the apartment.

I stood up and walked to the door opening it only to see Reilly standing with a smug across her beautiful face , she smiles warmly and embraces me in a tight hug before she left to pick her bag on the floor and then she says "hope am not interrupting , I made way for her to come in she continues"it's been a year since I last saw you and I have missed you so much " I chuckled I took her to the living room where we sat down but then she opens up to her reason for visiting me,am here because of Benedict and your mom and she quickly added because I miss my baby girl. I shifted in my seat,so tell me what's happening she begins with my family matter

"your father retired and made Ryan the new beta to Benedict his been in the position for almost 4 months now and everyone believes his capable plus your mom gave you this as your congratulatory gift on entering a reputable university she handed me a black card, she says it contains 5 million,I took the card thinking if only my mom knew I hadn't even touched the other card

I asked her about Benedict she looked worried she took a deep breath before opening up "Elder Justin has given him an ultimatum to find a possible Luna to replace you - and I think his threatening him with the pack's safety and political stability though indirectly, his given him until the next full moon unless he marries his daughter Elena. Amy I think he needs you more over you're his mate.

I had to cut her off "ex-mate I reminded her he rejected remember? in front of everyone including the pack members he didn't do anything when Elena humiliated me, it's not my problem he made his choice a year ago and suddenly because his been told or should I say - threatened he remembers am his mate it won't work Reilly it won't. she looked at me surprise written all over her but she was pleased "you've really grown emotionally Amy am happy for that but still you're his only hope

but I shook my head "no reilly he's strong he can handle his problems, am pretty sure he hasn't acted because his Elena's father,I know you're Benjamin's sister and you want to help but am the wrong person
