For the first time in days, I felt alive.
I understood that I fainted after my mom somehow healed me… I didn't understand how my mom was able to change my severe condition but I was glad that she arrived when she did. I would have been happier if she had come earlier though.

Yes, I was conscious that I kissed my mom, but it was no big deal. She was my mom and the kiss was just a peck… a slight brush of our lips that sent tingles to my spine. It was strange that I was feeling such a connection with my mom, but because it was her, I didn't feel awarded but embarrassed.
