For someone who went to bed in the wee hours of the morning, I managed to wake up early.
The sun was barely already peeking out of its hiding place when I put on my cashmere sweater and pair of pants, grabbing my bag and rushing out my door for breakfast.
For the first time in a while, I met my mother in the kitchen, surprising me.
" Hey mum, did anything happen to the chefs? Why are you cooking? I thought the main reason you got married to an alpha was so you could rest back and do nothing for the rest of your life" I teased her, giving her a small peck on her cheeks.
