JailerAm I a cynic? This is Sid on KROR 89.9 FM Monday morning at 12:43, February second. This world is becoming increasingly polarized. It’s not about class or race or gender; it’s about power. About control. You are either subjected to control or you wield it. The world is just a large Stanford prison experiment. We’re imprisoned by our circumstance, our perceptions, or our time. Asa is onto something in her song “Jailer”—that incarcerating people makes us all prisoners. Maybe. But in my mind, you’re either a prisoner or a jailer.
