Enver immediately went and talked to the owner of the target land where they wanted to build the next branch of Raiden. He made sure that the owner would really sell it to us and when they had an agreement, they made the contract.
After that, they signed it and gave the pull payment. He also personally took care of the title and transferred all of its documents under my name, especially the tax papers for it.
