TRAUMA BEGUN

Ethan froze, clutching his phone. As he glanced around, he realized Emily had already left. After a few minutes, Ethan walked over to the bathroom, had a quick bath, and rushed out. A few minutes later, Ethan walked out of the room still holding his phone firmly. He approached the receptionist and placed the room key along with some cash as he turned to move. "Sir... you forgot..." The lady rolled her eyes, as he passed. Ethan walked over to his car, and he got in. Throughout the journey, Ethan couldn't stop thinking about Emily. "I'm dumped," he murmured. Placing his sweaty hands on the steering wheel as the car moved. A few minutes had passed, and he slid the door closed while he walked into his enterprise building. "Greetings," Ethan responded to their greetings, as he walked faster to the evaluator while ignoring the faces staring at him. Ethan pulled his door open, noticing that his office door was wide open. "Mom," he said, as he rushed over while hugging her tightly. Their breath fanned against each other. "Hey, my little prince," Cynthia said, as she hugged her son tightly happily. Pulled out from the hug as Ethan scanned the room, but just as he moved his eyes over in a direction. He felt his heart shatter as he glanced at the person beside his mom. You!!! He yelled, making his mom jump up in fear. Ethan's hands tighten up as his veins pump up. "Surprise," Tasha said with a smile, her hands folded together as she stared at him. "What the hell are you doing here?" Ethan yelled as he moved closer to her. Ethan lifted his hands and got his hands ready to s***h and slap Tasha's face. "Don't you dare!!!" Ethan's mom yelled at him, as he moved backward while losing his veins. "I didn't raise a beast," Ethan's mom yelled again, this time walking over to Tasha. Ethan stared at them, as his mom kept on checking and asking if Tasha was hurt. He glanced at Tasha's betrayed look, which triggered him to lay another slap. "Sit!" The word flew directly into his ears, making him sit without further questions. Ethan stared at the two ladies with his hands folded, and his legs on the table. Not caring what his mom might say, as she kept on glancing at him. Gave him a warning look, but nothing pained Ethan than meeting his nightmares in front of him. "Why are you here, Mom?" Ethan asked, his voice thick and angered as he threw his legs down. "Have some respect, young man" she said, as she pulled Tasha over to her. "This is Tasha, your wife-to-be..." He didn't let her finish up, as he sparked. "Wife?" He laughed as he stared at them, clapping his hands while he kept on laying out his deep voice. "This slut? Do you call my wife for me? I can't believe this." Immediately, Ethan blurted out those words, his cheeks turned red, and a slap landed on his left cheek. Pulling him back to his seat, as he stared at his angry mom. Her veins pumped out, as she glanced at him with hatred. "Don't you dare, insult a lady in such manners," she yelled at him, his lips shaking as he tried saying some words but got himself held up. "Let me make this clear to you; it's better you accept her as your wife, or you deal with the consequences," Cynthia said as she folded her hands together. Ethan didn't utter a word as he stared at Tasha, while she smirked deviously. Her hands are on Cynthia, bowing her head low as she pretends to be the victim. "You better get this done," Cynthia said; she kept on hitting the nail on his nerves. "Mom...this is not fair; why on earth will you force a grown man to marry this lady?" Ethan asked calmly; he knew tampering with his mom wasn't good at all. "Look, man! You don't have a choice; you only have a month from now to prove to your dad your worth because I have tried my best, okay..." She said, lifting her body as Tasha followed her behind. Cynthia paused as Tasha stopped, coming closer to Ethan as she bent down low while she whispered into his ear. "You better accept your fate, Ethan", Tasha said as she smiled, leaving Ethan paused for a second. Ethan watched Tasha move her ass off the office with his mom beside her. Immediately, as soon as the door shut. Ethan staggered to his seat, as he beat his chest gasping for air. The more he thought about it, the more his eyes blinked in fear. But just as he shut his eyes firmly, trying to forget about his troubles. An idea pumped in, while he opened his eyes as he flipped his phone out from the table. Trying to get out of the nightclub location. Ethan squeezed his body up as he packed his stuff inside his office bag while he proceeded to walk out. It had been 8:00pm, as Ethan left work, and he flung his body over to his car while he drove to the nightclub. After a few minutes had passed, Ethan moved inside the nightclub with his hands drawn into his pockets. He had a confident look, as he smiled at the ladies blushing around him. He sighted the bar counter from his side, leaving his body in place. "Good evening," he greeted Evelyn as she smiled at him while she kept on flipping through the glass of wine. "Evening" she responded, before facing him. "Please, do you know where I can find the lady I met last night?" He asked, but Evelyn paused for a Second. Glancing at him with a weird look, she cleared her throat. "She is..." Before she could finish up her work. Suddenly, Ethan fell off the chair as his eyes shut down, pain piercing down his stomach, as he moved back. He tried to open his eyes, but something wouldn't allow him.
