Chapter Eighty-two
"Go away. I'm busy right now. I don't want to talk!" He snapped, not glancing at her and she fluttered her eyelids. His voice was familiar. Where did she hear it?
She walked in front of him, bending a little, to have a view of his face.
"Oh my! I've seen you somewhere," she said more to herself, except that her voice was a little louder than usual. She tried to search her head for where it was.
"Hey, kiddo. Look here," she said to him, trying to get his attention.
"You know me, don't you?" Her mind felt like a maze as she tried to remember where she saw him. Seeing that she didn't get his attention, she did something else. Without warning, she snatched the iPad from him, and he immediately looked up, his face twisted in a grimace which made him look even cuter.
