Raven's Twilight

Ch. 7

It was finally time for lunch and boy everyone was acting as if they we're starving to death.

"Are they ALWAYS like this or am I being pranked?" Raven questioned Alice and Edward who walked beside her and Bella.

Alice chuckled,"You'll get use to it." she says.

Raven went to say something but she dropped her bracelet so she went to pick.It up but some one shouting stopped her,"WATCH OUT!!!" they screamed from behind.

Raven looked up to see a out of control cart with a huge tv on it heading her way,"Holy Shi-" something cold wrapped around her waist and yanked her out of the way, her head smacking against the wall a bit hard and her body crushed against them and the wall. Her heart beating, surprisingly evenly, Raven lifted her gaze and met the dark topaz eyes of Edward Cullen. He had a look of horror, concern and relief plastered on his face.

"You- you saved...my bracelet." she gasped out before falling unconscious.

"Raven!" Bella screams in horror as she watches her sister fall limp in Edwards arms.

"Someone call for help!" screams the woman who'd warned them of the runaway cart.

Edward, despite the battle he was having inside with himself, lifted her bridal style and very carefully but quickly rushed down the hall,"Alice, you drive!" he calls over his shoulder, tossing her the keys suddenly.

"Where are you taking her, Mr. Cullen?" questioned the woman.

"My father." he calls to her before quickly walking out the school doors and towards his car.

"I'm right behind you!" Bella yells rushing to her car.

Edward quickly and carefully climbed into the back seat as Alice got into the drivers seat, started the car and pulled out of the parking lot, Bella close behind.

"I- I didn't mean for this to happen." Edward finally says after three minutes.

"It's okay, Edward." Alice says.

He shakes his head,"No, Alice, It's not okay. She's unconscious because of me." he snaps.

"It could have been worse, Edward. That cart could have fell and broke something or worse....it could have killed her. You may have just saved her life." she says trying to calm her brother.

He shakes her head,"Look at What good THAT did. I've put her in the hospital." he groaned.

"You know, for a non-breather, you sure do self-b***h a lot." Ravens voice filled the car.

His eyes fell onto her,"Raven-"

"I think that's the first time you've said my name." she points out.

"How's your head?" he questioned, stroking her hair.

"Irritating headache but nothing morphine can't handle." she joked causing him to glare unapprovingly at her,"Too soon?"

"We haven't even made It to the hospital yet and already you're making jokes about this." he groaned.

She shrugs,"I don't like sad, depressing and all to serious situations. I break out in hives." she says shudders causing Alice to chuckle.

Edward glared at Alice through the review mirror,"Don't encourage her, Alice." he snapped.

"Hey, Edwina, don't snap at Ali. It's not her fault you're entirely WAY to serious about everything." Raven snapped at him.

"Edwina?" he questioned.

"Yeah, I find you're voice to be entirely way to angelic for a guy, so I named you Edwina. It fits your feminine angelic voice."

"I sound like a woman?" he questioned with a raised brow.

She shook her head,"Not exactly, it's just...your voice is perfect...too perfect. It's way too angelic like and when I think of someone being angelic I think of a woman, hence Edwina." She says.

Edward just stares at her with a raised brow,"How can you be so calm right now when you're on your way to the hospital?" he questioned.

She c****d her head to the side,"The hospital? Why am I headed to the hospital?" She asked.

"You hit your head pretty hard and you lost consciousness." he pointed out.

"We're here." Alice announces before parking the car and quickly hopping out.

Edward carefully stepped out the car but not.before having Alice gently help Raven out,"I am NOT going in there!" Raven snapped turning away from the building and heading towards Bella who'd just climbed out of the car.

"Raven!" she screamed once she noticed that she was awake and headed her way.

"Get back in the car, Bella. We're going home." Raven says in a serious tone.

"Raven, you need to see a doctor. You could have a concussion." Alice says.

Raven, without thinking, spun around rather to quickly,"I don't NEED to see any....one." she became light headed and the world around her began to spin,"Stop spinning." she gasped out as her body began falling.

Edward rushed forward and caught her in his arms,"You need to see a doctor." he says sternly once she looks up at him.

She shakes her head,"No, I don't, now put me down." she states. Not knowing Why he did it, Edward gently placed her on her feet,"Thank you. Now, both you AND Alice get into your car and go home and do not leave for at least thirty minutes." she says.

Doing as she said, they walked towards their car, got in and left, leaving only her and Bella,"What just happened?" Bella questioned in complete shock.

"They left." Raven says as she moved towards the car.

"I saw that but they didn't want to. They only did it because you told them to." she pointed out,"It was as if you MADE them, as if they couldn't help but to do as you told them." she says.

Raven sighs before turning towards her sister. There was no use in lying to her, she'd witnessed it herself,"That's because they can't help it." she says.

Bella raised a brow,"What do you mean they can't help it?"

"I mean...no matter how against it they are...what I say goes." she says.

"So, if you told them to jump off a cliff....they would?" she questioned.

Raven nods,"Yes. Whatever I want them or anyone else to do, they do it." she explained,"I don't know how it's possible but it is."

Bella was now standing before her,"How long has it been going on?" she questioned.

Raven shrugged,"As far as I can tell, since today. I didn't pay it much attention when I told that Barbie minion to apologize to yu and to walk away, I just thought she didn't want any real trouble." she says.

"What made you really pay attention to it?" Bella asked.

"When I was in Civics and the teacher kept smacking the desk with a ruler every time someone got a wrong answer. I'd told them to stop and smack their leg with it every time someone got the answer right OR wrong." she says.

Bella shakes her head and runs her fingers through her hair,"This is...oh wow." she breaths.

Raven nods and leans back against the car,"Crazy, I know, but it's real. I am some how able to get people to do what I want them to." she says shaking her head.

Bella glances over at her,"We can't tell Dad or Mom." She says.

Raven nods,"I know that, Bella. This is between just the two of us. Everyone already thinks I'm a huge weirdo." she chuckled.

Bella smiles,"That's because you are." she says.

Raven glares at her,"Watch it, Missy, or you'll be doing the cha cha cha in the lunch room tomorrow." she threatened.

Bellas eyes widened,"You wouldn't dare."

Raven smiles wickedly,"Try me." she says.

Bella shakes her head,"This is going be both a blessing and a curse."

Raven lowers her head onto.Bellas shoulder,"Don't worry, Bella, I would never take advantage of you or our family for my own selfish needs." she says.

Bella nods and kisses her hair,"I know you wouldn't, Rave. I know you wouldn't."
