I sat there listening to everything that Bask had been told, but the one thing that my mind kept coming back to was the second full moon of the month. In two weeks time all the packs have a celebration, shifting into our wolves and howl into the sky, honouring the Moon Goddess, then we have the pack run and once we have returned to the pack house we shift back into our human forms. Wolves are supposed to be able to find their mates more so on this night than any other, but these things are trying to ruin this for the pack, take the girls and force them into a fight so that they bleed for them. All of this for power, power that doesn’t belong to them and never will.
