The short drive to dinner was a complete torture for Luca.
To drive beside the tiny angel while her scent enveloped him completely, he felt his body down there started to get hard and he needed to distract himself by looking at the scenery.
Not that it helped because Elle kept distracting him with her constant gasp of wonder when she looked at the scenery of Misty Lance. Her gasp made him wonder whether she would sound the same when he worshipped her curve or would she scream his name…
“Fuck..”
“I told you that I could manage on my own but you did not listen. Now you are just swearing and being annoyed. What's the matter with you?” she asked.
“Trust me, cara mia, you don’t want to know. Now, tell me, why do you want to come to Misty Lane?”
“I need a change, and Aunt Beth offered me the opportunity.”
“Why do you need the change?” Luca asked.
“What, mister, are we doing 20 questions here? Because I don’t remember we agreed on playing this game.”
Luca suddenly stopped the car and looked at Elle intensely.
“Wh… why are we stopping?” Elle stammered.
Luca closed their distance and looked like he wanted to kiss her.
“What are you doing?” Elle got panicked when she saw Luca closing in on her. But he stopped at the last inch and said, “Don’t worry, Piccola. You will learn to trust me. And I wont bite you…. Yet,” Luca kissed her cheek and whispered.
Elle got speechless while blushing furiously. Luca stared at her for a while.
"I think I just find a good way to shut you up."
Elle just glared at him but the glare lost its effect due to her blush.
Luca took pity on her and started to drive again.
“Here we are, bella mia.”
They arrived at Beth and George's dinner. Most of Misty Lane's people liked to stop here to get their comfort food.
The dinner was called Blue's and it did not take a genius to figure out why. It was decorated with a blue theme with almost all its surface being colored in various kinds of Blue.
It was a local joke that Beth loved the color of Blue too much, and George has been trying to persuade Beth to try more neutral decoration until his face turned blue, to no avail. So, Blue it was.
