It was a few weeks later and things had returned to normal for the most part, she would never admit it but she had gotten closer to him and even opened up more to him. Actually more so then she ever thought she would with anyone, he treated her so….normal that it felt just right to her. That was something she never thought she could feel with anyone like this it was all still new but she liked it. She got a few comments behind her back because they found out that she was screwing a human but they had no clue what had really happened. His blood had still been coursing through her veins because of the transfusion but it saved her and well….somehow it made the connection with him stronger.
He had even stayed over her place a few nights after shifts, nothing happened
