I slowly crept out of my quarters two weeks and three days after the labyrinth. Night has fallen, so everyone, except for a few people, have retired for the night. I scanned the deck for Alexis, Tarrant, and David. I sighed in relief when I didn't see them.
I fully stepped out and decided to enjoy the stars. "I was wondering when you were going to come out." I jumped and whipped around, facing Fae. She laughed at my fright. I glared at before turning back to the stars. "They cooled down enough. They won't kill you. They really didn't have to go in with you. They knew you'd go in with or without them."
