I was in my office with papers piled up in front of my desk, waiting for me to read and sign them, but I was so distracted I couldn’t concentrate on doing anything related to my business.
In my hand, in front of me, amidst the paperwork, lay my tablet, which was displaying the surveillance tape containing the altercation between my mate and Chloe.
My baby, my kitten, was fighting Chloe in an unexpected way, which made me laugh out loud.
I thought she would throw the money back at Chloe’s face after collecting the cash, but she pocketed them instead and called them ‘evidence’ of Chloe breaking one of the company’s rules.
