It was… weird. The same question still applies, though. I had never heard of any Beta working outside their packs. Did his Alpha not need him? Wasn’t a Beta supposed to stick to their Alpha? So, what was he doing here in another pack?
A suspicion crept into my mind. What if he was sent by another pack to spy on the royal pack? Or at least my mates’ companies?
