Once everything had begun to calm down after the two crazy announcements of mothers reappearing and Shane was officially marked as Alpha, everyone began to prepare for the start of the Shift Moon Ceremony. New wolves began to break away from the pack with their mentors and the older wolves that were not mentoring began to space themselves out in the clearing. Members of Shane’s pack were filled with excitement at the thought of running with their new Alpha and Luna.
