But now and then the unexpected happens, and that's what happened in my case. I was a pirate in a sword fight with the film's hero and he had me backed up against the side of the ship. He was supposed to s***h at me with his sword and as I leaned back, an automatic charge should have gone off, blowing out the side of the ship; I'd fall through the gap into the sea. The damn charge failed to go off and, instead of falling back and out of the way of his sword, I was left standing as his blade slashed down the side of my face.
