Esme's P.O.V.
I feel different...
Ever since I woke up, I just feel this weird feeling that I can't ignore. It felt like my body was lighter and I could feel my strength travelling throughout my body as I moved my legs and arms.
I'm getting closer to the Healer house. I noticed how people look at me like I'm a ghost floating in front of them. I understand. They thought I was dead. I thought, too. I thought I wasn't coming back.
"Didn't the Alpha kill her already?" I heard of them gossiping. I didn't waste my time looking at them. I know that I shouldn't be alive and it's not strange for them to think that I should be dead. "Should we report her to the Alpha?" I gave them a sideye. My glare shook the two Omegas. They quickly walked away before I could even face them.
