A girl entered this orphanage. It was surprising at first, because the man found her sitting on a staircase near the broken glass of what he assumed were bottles of some beer. He sighed. "Sir, could you tell me where my mum is?" She asked. "I don't know darling, did you see them anywhere near?" He asked. He was concerned about her and if she is going to find her parents or he'd have to take her in. "We were driving in a big black car!!!" A little girl replied. "It had black glass— mommy didn't teach me the word for that yet." She chuckled. "Your mommy must be smart then." He commented as he fixed his glasses because they were a bit too big for him. "Yeah." She replied. "She is a doctor. She helps people." She let out. "That's cool." He smiled. "So, do you know why they did just...." She stopped for a second. "leave me here...?" She asked as she glanced at him and he didn't know what answer he should give, it seemed to him that her parents left her, but he wasn't sure since from what she told him they did care a bit for the child. "Was I a bad kid?" She asked as her eyes started getting teary. He shook his head in denial. "Let's go inside, you can play with some toys there and we can wait for your parents to come pick you up." He let out. The child nodded in response. "What's your name?" He asked. "Lucy." She let out. "Last name?" He asked. "Uh—" Lucy glanced down. "It was a bit hard for me to pronounce it..." She said with a sigh escaping her mouth. "No biggie, we'll just play with some stuff and that's it." He smiled. "Thank you sir." She smiled.
