"Uncle, don't touch me. I'm not familiar with you!"

Jackson's expression was serious, and his face was as tight as a small bun. Dad had bullied his Mommy, so he decided to give him a hard time!

Reed was speechless.

He coughed to cover up his embarrassment. "Kaleigh, don't disturb Ms. Carter. If you speak rudely again, I don't mind sending you abroad for a few years."

Kaleigh’s face turned pale, and she dared not say a word.

Then Reed asked Leah, "How is my father's condition?"

In reality, Reed didn't have much hope in his heart. He didn't expect Leah to cure his father. After all, there were so many experts at home and abroad who had no idea how to cure his father. Leah was so young. Even though her medical skills were excellent, how capable could she actually be?

Kaleigh’s face turned red. However, as Reed was present, she dared not lose her temper.

Leah opened her medical kit, took out a cloth bag, and opened it. There were rows of silver needles of different lengths, shining coldly.

Leah showed Reed five fingers, "What do you think of this amount?"

Reed agreed at once, "Fifty million’s not a problem. If my father is safe and sound, I'll give you another thirty million for the treatment."

Leah was lost for words.

She had only wanted five million.

D*mn, it seemed that she had underestimated Reed's capability!

Hearing this, Kaleigh shouted, "Reed, you can't trust this woman! Dad hasn't woken up yet. What if she runs away with the money?"

Leah snorted and sat calmly on the sofa, "Ms. Thomas, don't worry. I will sit here and wait for Mr. George to wake up. When he wakes up, I will collect the consultation fee."

Jackson showed Kaleigh an ugly expression. "My mommy's medical skills aren’t something you mortals can understand!"

His aunt was even more annoying than his dad!

Time passed by. Everyone was waiting anxiously. Almost twenty minutes later, Kaleigh snorted and said to Leah sarcastically, "Didn't you brag that my father will wake up in an hour? It's already been an hour, and he hasn't woken up yet. You're a swindler indeed!"

Leah said calmly, "There are five minutes left to the hour."

Just as she finished speaking, George, who was laying on the hospital bed, cleared his throat and slowly opened his eyes. "Bri–bring me some water–"

"Quick, go get some water!"

Someone shouted, and the Thomas family members who were in a daze all woke up, and the ward became a little chaotic.

Someone ran out to call the doctor, while another went to get some water. There were a few people who surrounded George to inquire about his health. Seeing this, Leah frowned and said to Reed, "Mr. George has just woken up and is still in a weak state. Ask these people to leave and visit him in batches."
