Chapter 9The sun has just reached the horizon. Standing on the terrace, Mida stared at the setting sun in the distance. The feel of the sun setting to her left was warm; the evening breeze whispering to her right was chill. Their planet, like the Earth, has a "sun" around which their planets revolve. In this way, their sun also sets every day and rises again the next day, in the morning. Just like here. There is only one difference. They have no summer. Mida spun around and looked through the window. Through the glass, she saw a parking lot where cars filled almost every space, and beyond that, a line of trees that marked the edge of the property.
