The Alpha: A delivery of compulsion

520 Words
As they sat in the café, trying to catch their breath, the men appeared out of nowhere, their faces menacing. "You think you can just run away from us?" one of them sneered, his eyes fixed on Lucio. "You think you can just ignore our deal?" Lucio shook his head, his heart racing with fear. "We didn't mean to," he stammered. "We didn't know what we were getting into." The man laughed, a cold, mirthless sound. "You didn't know?" he repeated. "You didn't know? Well, let me tell you something, boy. You're in this now, whether you like it or not. And if you don't do what we say, we'll hurt your little brother. We'll hurt him bad." Antonio's eyes widened in terror as the man's words hung in the air. Lucio knew he had to do something, anything, to protect his brother. "Okay," he said finally, his voice barely above a whisper. "I'll do it. I'll do whatever you want." The man smiled, his eyes glinting with triumph. "That's the spirit," he said. "Now, let's get down to business." And with that, Lucio was dragged into a world of crime and corruption, forced to do the men's bidding or risk harm to his brother. It was a nightmare that seemed to never end, a constant cycle of fear and intimidation. But Lucio refused to give up. He knew he had to keep fighting, no matter what. For himself, for Antonio, and for the hope of a better life. As the days turned into weeks, Lucio became more and more entrenched in the men's dealings. He was forced to deliver packages, run errands, and even participate in illegal activities. But he never lost sight of his goal: to get out, to escape, and to start anew. And then, one day, something changed. Lucio was given a task that seemed different from the others. It was a delivery, but not just any delivery. It was a package that seemed important, something that could change the course of his life forever. With a sense of trepidation, Lucio set out to deliver the package. He knew it was a risk, but he also knew it was an opportunity. An opportunity to break free, to start anew, and to leave the past behind. As he walked through the streets, the package clutched in his hand, Lucio felt a sense of hope that he hadn't felt in months. Maybe, just maybe, this was the chance he had been waiting for. Maybe this was the way out. But as he approached the destination, Lucio's heart began to race. Something didn't feel right. The building seemed abandoned, the streets eerily quiet. And then, out of nowhere, a figure emerged from the shadows. It was one of the men, his eyes fixed on Lucio with a sinister intent. The man smiled, his eyes glinting with triumph. "That's the spirit," he said. "Now, let's get down to business." Lucio had no choice He knew he had to keep fighting no matter what and that kept happening for some time, eventually Antonio was forced to join otherwise....they knew the consequences.
