“Yes, I killed David,” Jack confessed, causing me to stare at Ace with wide eyes.
If it was true, why was dad’s name on the police report? Maybe watching the whole video would reveal it all?
“Tell us the reason behind it,” the officer spoke in a calmed tone of voice. Without uttering a word, Jack continued gaping at him.
“My name is Steve. I promise I will help you if any injustice had happened to you. Share it,” the officer named Steve again asked.
“Tell us your side of the case, Jack. We believe there would be a strong reason for those crimes. I would help you to get a shorter period of sentence. That would only be possible if you confess the truth.” Steve marched closer to Jack and froze his steps right beside him.
