IVY’S POV
I watched as Cam walked away from me, my heart thumping loudly in his chest. I kept staring at his retreating figure as he walked out of the house, closing the door. The moment he was out of the house, my legs begin to tremble, I reached out to grab unto the arm of a chair, lowering myself to the couch before I fell to the floor. I could not stop the loud ringing in my ears as I stared into space. My lips were still tingling from the unexpected kiss. I raised my hands to touch my lips softly.
