“What the heck is going on?” I ask in a whisper before I call Austin out, I need to know if I’ll have a heads up on what the heck he needs to talk to me and Austin about. “Is this something Austin needs to know about because I’m very confused?” I ask just wanting to get all the answers, I didn’t need any surprises.
Jacob steps forward taking a look into Austin’s room, once he makes sure that Austin didn’t know that Jacob was here yet, he comes up close to my ear. It takes him a few seconds to tell me, but once he did my heart just shatters into a million pieces.
“No” I say backing away so I could see his face, but when I look at him I could tell he wasn’t lying with the way he looked at me.
