Charlie went back to hometown to talk to Serif. "So I heard about Jessica. I suspected that something about her was wrong. Thanks for finding it, kiddo. Here, ya earned it." He gifted another rune to Charlie. The rescue rune. Used to save not- pureborn zombies. Then, eventually Serif was Charlie's new caretaker. They always helped Serif around the grocery store he ran. One day, though, he saw a sad look on Charlie's face while their friends were over . " Hey, what's wrong, kiddo?" He asked. "Lily died. They're still grievance her." Emily replied to him with sadness. Jack lost his voice from crying. He may not have cried near others, but he still cried.
They went to another place for another adventure later that week to find the last three runes before the equinox of three. But, the next place they were headed was not as safe as the others. They had to go through a field with Not pure born zombies. But, for some time, they all had time to relax and unwind. Charlie kept on having nightmares about Lily's death every night until the adventure. It was still very difficult for them to move on. They may not ever move on.
