When they arrived at the castle, It was old and abandoned. Charlie recognized everything in the castle. They even noticed it wasn't touched since the day their parents were taken. The light spoke to them. Hide with Lily and Jack in the boxes. Charlie tried to get Jack to hide with them and Lily but he insisted that he hide in the cabinet instead. They all went into hiding. Then, they heard footsteps. It was Jessica. Charlie was, at the same time surprised but also not. Jessica opened the cabinet to grab something and found Jack. He panicked, but didn't reveal where his friends hid. "Hm, another early sacrifice for the Illuminati demon queen? beautiful." She grabbed his wrist and pulled him out of the room. Then, They heard Jack scream, and a wet splat sound. Jessica walked back in the room to grab something from the cabinet. As she was in there, Charlie noticed the blood and guts Jessica was covered in. She wasn't covered in that a moment ago. The splat sound must have been him exploding.
Charlie stayed at Lily's house for awhile. Lily's mom knew they were dating,but was very welcoming. There was luckily a spare guest room, so Charlie stayed there.
