“Oh God, Jade!” Christel dropped her knees on the floor when she saw Jade covered with blood. The kids’ nanny was barely moving, and her skin looked paler and lifeless. She tried to check her pulse, but there wasn’t a heartbeat vibrating anymore. Her lips quivered and her fear for the kids clawed her heart. Nothing was touched in the house, and the bite mark on Jade’s neck was enough for her to realize something inhuman had attacked the poor woman.
