Niklaus' POV
Valerie's case was almost concluded. It was supposed to take more than a day, but I wanted it done as soon as possible, as I didn't want anything to interrupt her Luna ceremony. The last thing I expected to hear about was a rogue attack.
I rushed to get Valerie from stage and hugged her tight. "Let's get out of here."
"But... But Alpha Andrew and Nadine. They need help."
I nodded. "I know. Let's get to the pack first, then I will send back up to them."
She smiled faintly, but she still looked over at Luna Nadine, who was now hugging Andrew and sobbing in his arms. At that moment, they both seemed so confused.
I searched for Carrie, Amara and the elders to ensure that they were all safe. When I spotted them, I signalled for them to come.
