Chapter 5

Chandana's pov:

(Next morning)

I slept well, why no one disturbed my sleep. Its strange. I saw the time it is showing 9 am.oh god i am doomed....why no one woke me up?

I went to bathroom and opened the lid of toilet seat cover  at the back side of the seat cover my photo is sticked.

Shreyas gowda.......

U r dead today.......

I heard giggles , turned towards the source and found my brother laughing . How dare he,

i got a plan ....

I took the toilet brush and dipped it in the toilet and smirked.

He got to know what i am upto and started running like his pant caught fire.

I ran behind him . He enterd his room and was about to close the door , in small gap i entered the room and locked the room.

His face is pricelesss. He stood at the one end of the bed i stood at the other end.

"Chandu sorry haa ...i will listen to you...i will not disturb your sleep....i will bring chocolate cake daily....please stop right here....i am sorry i will not repeat this again..."he begged me.

I took one step ahead.

"Stop there chandu..i will buy you new i phone with my pocket money since you don't have one and you want that  ...right ...please forgive me"he begged but i smirked and raised my hand to scrub his face with toilet brush but he ran to open the door i took this as great opportunity and scrubbed his back with the toilet brush...

just miss

"Ewwwwwww......."he fell on ground and started screaming while i laughed holding my stomach satisfied with my work.

Suddenly he stopped screaming and a evil smirk played in his lip. what is he upto?

"Chandu...i gonna miss a lot ....you are going to marry in 15 days come here let me hug you..." he got up and marched toward me and was about to hug me but i dogged and ran like my pant has caught fire.

I found my papa and ran towards him and hid behind him to save me from him.

"Papa ...papa please save me from shrey....he is beating me...." i begged papa.

"Dont lie ....when did i beat you?

Papa dont listen to her....listen to me....she touched my back with toilet brush which is dipped in the toilet.." he explained to papa.

"Papa no papa he started first..he sticked my photo in the toilet seat cover lid....so i did this...." i argued with him.

"But did i harm you ...you Buffalo ....you decorated monkey..." he  started praising me with colourful words.

" enough both of you shrey go and take bath you have classes right...chandu go and freshen up...." he said lookin at both of us strictly.

I glared at him and was about to go i wanted to ask papa about the wedding prepone.

Yesterday i could  not ask . Lot of drama happened in one day. I went and sat next to him.

"Papa can i ask you something..." i asked him.

"You don't have to take permission...shoot..." he said smiling.

"Papa why marriage is preponed. You told my marriage will be after 2 months" i asked.

"We thought you two need time to set your mind after seeing you both close to each other we thought its good if we marry you fast" he said .

Oh god they mistook us. Its all because of that robot face i am sure going to teach him lesson. I got up left to my room .

Its been a week, everyone is busy with my wedding preparation.

Sidarth not even called me after engagement ..even i did not call him. I spent quality time with my family and enjoyed a lot. I captured all the memories in my brain so that i can recall after my marriage when i miss my parents and family.

I have decided to join placement coaching classes soon after my marriage. For fee i have to find job. I cannot go out and work if i do that my parents will find out,if they got to know i am working, i will be grounded. I don't want that to happen, so better find online part time jobs.

I don't want a penny from that robot face.  I am not some gold digger i can take care of myself.  I can feed myself.

I started applying for jobs online. Hope i get one. with that money i am going to pay the tution fee , transportation and i will use it for other expenditure.

Today we are heading to bangalore for shopping for my marriage....even mohan uncle , latha aunty, anusha aunty ,raj uncle and my newly found brothers are joining us for shopping to select wedding dress. Sidarth is busy with work so he is not coming this is what mom said. I am happy ...i am not going to face him.

I wore pink outfit front slit kurta with which is complementing both my complexion and curves.( shown below)



I wore beaded jutis which matches with the kurta and applied lip balm since i am not a makeup lover

We all joined at kanchepuram varamahalakshmi store.

After exchanging pleasantries we all headed towards silk saree section.

My MIL and other ladies started selecting saree , i am not intrested so i am just playing candy crush in my papa phone .

" hey princess ...can u help me to select shirt for both of us" asked karthik .

"princess...me...." a small smile left my lips before i could even control.

"Yup...you are our princess...." rithik said.

"Then i will call you kar pointing to karthik and "rit" pointing to rithik" is that ok" i asked.

They both looked at each other and smiled brightly and nodded.

" ok then let's go" dragged them with me to men's section.

We three were busy searching suitable shirt for kar suddenly rit whispered" let's have some fun ..

are you in?"extending his hand for shake. I grinned and shook hand with him.

"How?" i asked.

"He hate bottle green colour you pick shirt of that colour and tell him to buy" rit whispered.

"What if he say he don't want to buy "i whispered back.

"He will not say no to you.  You know he never let anyone select dress for him. He is so obsessed with his loom. you are the first person. So i bet he will listen to you. All the best. I will be there in that section. I will join you in middle " he showed thumbs up and left me.

I selected shirt and went to him and said"kar this shirt will suit your complexion ....buy this"he raised the upper eyelids and tightened the eyelid and rubbed his forehead with fingers. He is looking at the shirt and me not knowing what to do.  He wiped the sweat bead formed on the forehead.

"What is wrong kar?why aren't you answering? if you don't like that's ok i will select another one "i asked him fake concern  and hurt.

"Bro selected anything?wow nice selection princess ...." rit said for that he earned a glare from kar.

He looked at rit and took a deep breath and said "i will buy this one ..let me pay the bill" was moving towards counter snatching shirt from my hand.

we could not hold back anymore we started laughing holding our stomach.

He stopped on his track and turned towards us. He was confused not knowing the reason behind  our laughter.

After controlling our laughter i apologized him for pulling prank..initially he was angry with rit for spoiling me ,later he too laughed for the act we pulled.

I selected 2 shirts for both of them. I don't know their size so i told them to go and try in trail room.

I felt someone presence in my back and turned to meet with same pair of eyes which i hate the most..sidarth.

Why is he here?he is supposed to be in his office , right?. I frowned looking at him.

"We need to talk" he held my wrist and started dragging me to god know where?

"Let me inform them" i was trying free from his grip but he is tightening even more as i try to free myself from him.

"Leave me at least let me inform papa..he will be worried"i said but he didn't care. I think he gone deaf.

"Hey.... leave me you robot face " i shouted for that i earned a glare...thank god he is not deaf .why do i care?.

we reached the entrance stood in front of us porsche cayenne . My eyes widened seeing the beauty in front of me. He smirked at expression. Does he know any expression other than smirk and glare.

He shoved me inside the car and locked the door when i was about to open.

I sat there not knowing what to do he started the engine and drived to god knows where. I am not familiar with roads since i don't stay here so i am quite nervous to where he is taking me.

I could not take this anymore so i asked" where are we going? Where are you taking me?...."he didnt even tried to move his head. you bl***y ba****d. I am praising him with colourfull words in my mind.

He stopped the car in front of restaurant and unlocked the door and went inside the restaurant leaving me alone. I think he is testing my patience wait mr.sidarth i will show you hell . I got down of beauty and followed him like lost puppy.

He sat in chair with some papers in his hand and i went to him and asked" don't you know how to treat woman" anger building in me. He just looked at me and motioned me to sit on chair in front of him. I sat because i need answer for my question instead of answer i got agreement paper. wow i didn't expected this how can i forget my so called fiance is business man.

I took the agreement paper and started reading. It has following terms...

1. Falling in Love is forbidden.

2. Divorce will be given  6 months after marriage.

3. Do not interfere  in my personal and private life.

That's it . very simple.I  got up from my seat and went to receptionist and took sheet and pen and stared writing terms .

1. I need separate room.

2. Falling in Love is forbidden .

3. Do not interfere in my life .

4. Do not enter my room.

5. No unwanted physical contact.

6. If you violate anyone of the above clause then you have to grant my wish and its vice-versa .

(If you did not grant my wish the consequence will not be good).

I gave my paper and said"sign in this and pass me those papers to sign" his mouth flung open eyes widened.

Hmm , take that .

We both signed the paper and was about to leave kar and rit rushed towards me pulled me to bear hug.

why?what is wrong?

" are you ok ? Are you hurt anywhere ? "Concern was written all over their face. I smiled and said " i am all ok ...why are you here ? How did u know i am here? " i asked them.

Kar and rit both glared at robot face and said" i saw him dragging you so we followed you..."kar said.

"Come let's go" this time rit said and they both held my hands and walked towards car.

We reached the store .we three got down and in search of our respective parents . There stood everyone. worried written all over their face.

oops i got them worried ...

My mom and MIL came rushing and hugged me tight.

"Where were you?you got us worried"my mom scolded me.

"I went to select shirt and got carried away   ....sorry" i apologized looking at everyone and papa came and hugged me. I dont want to tell them what happened . Thank god kar and rit did not asked me the reason behind sidarth act. I should be ready with a perfect explanation. I do not want them to know about this agreement.

"That's ok come and see the saree we have selected and if you do not like you can change" said my MIL.

"Your wish aunty...i am happy with whatever you have selected" i said.

"Call me mom or maa... i am also ur mom .... i love if you call me maa"she said with love.

" and me dad "said dad all out of blue.

I smiled and said"ok maa and dad".

"We have to leave we got some work to complete"this time kar said seriously and left .

After shopping we all went to restaurant and had our dinner and headed towards our respective house.
