Chapter 2

Chandana's pov:

"Papa please don't go........ please mom don't leave me alone ........please i am scared ........ please .......mom.......... mom........."i am sweating and my dress is soaked with sweat but i coludn't open my eyes..... 

I got hold of my papa's shirt and i started pulling back towards me.....but why am I hearing someone shouting near my ear .

"aaaahhhhh.........aaaahhhhh" ......

"Open ur eyes u dummy.......leave my hair u stupid"...oh i know this voice .....i heard somewhere .....let me think.....am l dreaming again.......

"Hey!!!! leave my hair right now or i'll never get ur favorite chocolate cake" 

Oh my god my chocolate cake with cashew.......

 how can i live without eating my my my ahhhh why I am not getting any word to explain how much i love my chocolate cake......with that i got up and turned towards the source of noise..... its none other than my bro ...my little bro.....i didn't leave his hair .....with all the energy i have i started pulling his hair ........even he was trying to get hold of my hair......but who he is dealing with none other than chandana ......its for disturbing my beauty sleep in the morning.........suddenly my room door opened ...... it was dark we couldn't able to see who is the intruder .....

"I think ghost in ur dream is here to kidnap u"my lillbro whispered to my ear.....

"I had dream of my parents leaving me and not the ghost ....." i whispered back 

"I'll tell to papa..... u called him ghost ...... " i could imagine my lillbro face all sweating..... with that i started laughing falling off bed holding my stomach ..... who will laugh in this situation....... only me ........crazy girl.......can't help....

"Why were u guys shouting ..... i thought some thief entered our house" heard my mom voice.........and someone switched the light on......there standing all my family members including my little little bro( cousin brother's son i call him as little little bro) yes .... my family consist of me ,my papa,my mom, my brother, my uncle , aunt,her son and his wife with their children ( girl studying 5th and boy is 1st std) my uncle daughter and her husband..... oh god what have i done now.....i was looking at them without blinking my eyes .....then my papa asked "what is all this ....why u both were shouting....." we explained everything to them everyone left except my papa and mom....." i told u many times that we won't leave u no matter what ......why are you scared...nothing will happen to us ...... now he is all well ......look he is all healthy....." 

yes i always get same nightmare .......it started 2 years back when my papa got hospitalized......i am scared of loosing my parents.....i could not come out of that even after so many days ......i felt my mom kissing my forehead lovingly and tucked me to bed and left my room.....i love my family no matter what they love me to death ......my mom is strict at times but cares me a lot.......loves me a lot.......

"Chandu my big baby wakeup ..... chandu my darling wakeup dear......"

Wow ...... my alarm tone is so sweet when did i change my alarm tone ..... i opened my eyes to be greeted by chocolate cake........yummmmy........hmmmmmmm......but i see hand of a person but no face ...... i rubbed my eyes and adjusted to sunlight which is peeking through window and raised my head little up .....my brother stood holding my love..... i smell something fishy..... finally he opened his mouth to speak " don't tell papa what i told yesterday....pretty please.." i was not listening to him and snatched my love from him and started eating my love without brushing my teeth .....ewwwwww......but no problem ....anyways i am going brush after eating, right ......

" i dont know what u r talking about .....but i may remember if u buy my favourite chocolate snickers"said him with straight face.....

"No way.... i am not going to buy you anything do whatever you want"he statred to go 

" papa your son called you ghhhhhhhhhssssssss" my bro closed my mouth with his palm and finally agreed to buy my chocolate ......offff lot of work in early morning itself ..... i went to freshen up and came out of my room to see everyone discussing something seriously ..... when they saw me everyone stopped talking and was staring at me..... i smell something fishy ... not again, ok let's find.... my mom pulled me towards her and now i am sitting in the middle everyone is surrounding me ..... i am apple of everyone eyes because i am smart , well cultured,traditional and at the same time modern, i am too kind to people who deserve kindness and show their place one who misbehave with me or taunt me .....

my papa started" chandu we have something important to talk with you " i just nodded my head to continue.

"i found a perfect groom for you and i want you to marry him....and they are coming tomorrow to see you .... i think u trust me .....trust me in this matter also .....he is perfect for u .....and the marriage is after 2 months from today" telling that he patted my head and left me there alone...... in my family they don't ask our opinion ..... I don't have a say in it.....i didn't come out of my room after that incident ....i stayed in my room whole day and my phone started ringing.....my friend sne and jaanu made a group call .....

 " when is chandu's death ceremony aunt .....i didn't get a single chat from her from past 2 days ....." my drama queens " aunty please add gobi and chicken biryani in menu we promised her we well add all our favourite food in menu..." they didn't let me speak a word ..... chatterbox ......

" machies( i call my friends) stop i am safe and sound...... please stop ur drama i have something important to tell u...."i heard i am all ears from both of them and started explaining what happened yesterday night and today morning ..... they are laughing for my misery ..... see true friends ....they always prove me .......

"machies i need some idea to cancel this marriage .... i don't want to marry now.... please give me an excellent idea......." i literally begged them...

" don't do anything .....just send him your photo rightnow " ...yes , i am lazy ..i don't comb my hair ........i wear dress what i feel comfortable ..... right now i am wearing a kurta which can fit 2 members in this .... matched with black patiala pant .....end of pants are folded utill it reach my knee and my hair tied in bun some of hair falling on my face.....they are right if he see me in this state i am sure he'll get nightmare for at least 3 days .... good idea ...... wait.. i don't have his number

"I don't have his number ..... what shall i do now" i started whining like child....

" Then don't take bath and stay like this till they come and see you " said sne

"That is impossible"i whispered back ..... 

" look chandu one or other day u have to marry....we cannot stay single in this society.... u trust ur papa right..."jaanu asked me ...for that i replied "yes""then say ok ... he knows what is good and what is bad ....ok now sleep tight i don't want my friend to look like zombie tomorrow ....." they know how to bring smile to my lips and i smiled...they wished me good night and all the best for tomorrow and cut the call ..... i slept thinking how to stop this marriage.

Sidharth's pov:

I am in my office working in laptop .... i heard someone knocking my door and said come in .

"sir, i finished the work you told me and i am free now .... can we go out for lunch since its already lunch time" said my pa batting her fake eyelashes ... i took the file and checked for the error ....there was a lot of error... i got angry and started shouting.

 " what the hell is wrong with you, you don't know to perform simple task and you want to have lunch with me .... you slut, bitch..... did you forget i am the heir of this company ...how dare you to ask me for lunch ..... you are fired ....never show your ugly face to me ...pack ur things and leave my company right now...." i roared and i am sure she will never dare to come to this road also..... i left my office and went to my favourite place without informing anyone ...

I reached my home at 8 pm ... my mom wish to have at least dinner together ....dad comes home early and have food with my mom,but i won't be able to make up . Sometimes i will be staying in the office working all night . Even today i couldn't fullfill her wish since i don't have mood to eat so went directly to my room. I had sever headache and i was rubbing my template . My mom came and applied oil to my hair. She does this to me everytime ...she loves me loads...

"Mom , how do you i have headache .... u always get to know without me telling you....."i asked her for that she told " mother instincts" and smiled lovingly at me , all my headache long gone. Saying' i love you mom' i shift towards pillow and slept.

Next morning i came out to meet with angry dad and scared mom. My dad and mom sat in the sofa and waiting for someone ... that someone is none other me .....

"What was the act you pulled yesterday in the office and who told you to fire your pa . Who gave you rights to fire her...." he looked really intimidating i got scared but i covered up with a blank face and started to go.

"Don't dare to show your attitude to me . I am your father and chairman of the company. Don't provoke me young man" i sighed and sat in front of them on sofa .

" It is all because of you latha . you spoiled him, look he does not listening to his own father ...." started blaming my mom . Thats it... i cannot take it anymore  .

"come to the point dad , what you want from me?"i know he blame my mom only when he want something from me ...last time when i decided not to join my dad company which is 5 years back he pulled the same stunt... i tried to run away...tried... who are you kidding ?. Mohan the top most bussinessman in India. He locked me up and i was grounded for a month . It was pure torture , i dont want face that again. update dad...

"I want you to marry the girl i show in 2 months and we are going to their house today, you don't have a say in it ,do what i say or else the consequence will be not good. I know you don't have any girlfriend, don't give me any excuse"wow...... did he said that i getting married without me knowing ......great..really great. I looked at my mom she was happy.

Wait  don't tell me i am the victim here .

"sid i know its shocking for you . She is a gem and she did her engineering in mysore and she lives in town near mysore...."i was listening to her .

"what !!!!!! "A town girl" ... no mom i am not marring her ..... how can you do this to me mom...... i never expected you would join him and blast a bomb ..... " telling this i was about to go out i heard my dad shouting " i think i mentioned earlier today we are going to their house to meet bride..... so stay at home ...will leave in half an hour" i sighed and sat on sofa as i dont have any option holding my head in my palm.
