As soon as Rowan gave me that look, I knew that I had to get back to the castle no matter what. I ran up to my horse, got on, and rode into the distance. Rowan sent some of our men to run alongside me, making sure that I wasn't going into some sort of trap. It was as if the horse couldn't move fast enough, making me wish that I could shift.
