Lana P.O.V I looked at Alexander as he stared down at the box in his hand with a wide expression on his face, it was my mother’s wedding ring. I knew she would always have wanted me to wear it as my engagement ring and then add to it to make it a wedding ring that would have been special to me. She always joked around and said that she would replace the ring and wear something a little bit more simple if the time came that my mate would want to propose to me. Alexander looked back at me and I stood up, wanting to come and see what it looked like. I always knew it was my favourite piece of jewellery that my mom wore, but after all these years, I wasn’t sure that it would still look the same. I came to a stop right in front of Alexander. I just stared down at it for Goddess knows how long.
