Misunderstandings and Conflicts

Lin Wan Er sat on the chair in the conference room, her heart beating so fast that it seemed like it was going to jump out of her chest. She clutched the report in her hands, her fingertips white from nervousness. This was the first time she had presented the results of her work in front of the company's executives, and every single figure, every single chart, had condensed her countless days and nights of hard work. The door to the conference room slowly opened and Gu Ting Shen led a group of executives to step into the room, their expressions serious and their gazes sharp. Lin Wan'er took a deep breath, stood up, and began her report. “Honorable leaders, today I will be presenting our department's market analysis report on the new product that will soon be released.” Her voice was clear and firm, despite being filled with nervousness inside. The report went smoothly until Zhang Weiwei spoke. “Wait, Lin Wan'er, are these data sources of yours reliable? I suspect that there are mistakes in it.” Zhang Weiwei's voice carried an obvious skepticism, and her gaze shot at Lin Wan'er like a sharp arrow. Lin Wan'er felt a chill rise up her spine as she tried to maintain her composure, “Manager Zhang, I can assure you that these data have been strictly scrutinized. If you have any questions, I'm willing to explain in detail after the meeting.” Gu Ting Shen's gaze flicked between the two of them before he said gently, “Manager Zhang, I believe in Lin Wan Er's professional ability. If the data is incorrect, we'll check it carefully. But for now, let's listen to her report first.” After the meeting ended, Lin Wan Er felt an indescribable exhaustion. She returned to her workstation, only to find that Zhang Weiwei was already there waiting for her. “Wan Er, I think we need to re-examine your data.” Zhang Weiwei's tone carried an unquestionable command. Lin Wan'er raised her head and looked straight into Zhang Weiwei's eyes, “Manager Zhang, I have confidence in my work. If necessary, we can review it together.” Zhang Weiwei sneered and turned to leave. Lin Wan Er felt a deep sense of powerlessness, she didn't understand why her efforts were always questioned. Gu Ting Shen walked over to her workstation and said softly, “Wan Er, don't worry. I will support you.” A warm current welled up in Lin Wan'er's heart, and she raised her head with tears in her eyes, “Mr. Gu, thank you. This means a lot to me.” Gu Ting Shen smiled and patted her shoulder, “Everyone sees your ability. Don't be swayed by a single questioning.” Lin Wan Er nodded, her fighting spirit rekindled in her heart. She knew that as long as she persisted, the truth would always come out.
