My Life

      I sigh and start telling him about my life. " My real name is Violet Elizabeth Briel, but I grew up as Violet Elizabeth Parker. I found out two years ago that I was taken from my real family from the fae world by some baby smuggler trying to make extra money I guess. When I was eight I found out about my powers  I had to defend myself against my father I was fast asleep when I heard my door open but kept my eyes closed hoping he would leave. He came and sat on my bed and, I could smell that he had been drinking so I just lied there still as I could. When I felt his hand on my leg and he said " I can tell you're awake why don't you come sit with me for a second then you can go back to sleep." I jumped out of my bed, but I didn't get to far when he pulled my by my hair and I let out a loud scream. I felt something building up inside of me so I realised it I sent a blue orb and it hit him. I was running down the stairs when my so called Mom asks me what's going on I simply said " why don't you go ask father what he was trying to do?" With that I ran away to my grandma's house and stayed there for eight years. Untill my eighteenth birthday when my real parents came to get me. Of course grandma was a bit skeptical at first but she knew they wouldn't try and hurt me like the others so I left the human world. I was so happy to be further away from my fake parents they made sure I trained everyday and I was happy to do so. On my eighteenth birthday they told me to be safe since I was going down to a bookstore and buy some more books to add to my collection. Of course I didn't think anything about it until I was pulled between the coffee shop and the bookstore. I was about to scream when I felt a hand cover my mouth and I felt them but my neck. I passed out from the pain and woke up back in my room. My parents told me what happened and what I became that I'm now half vampire half fae. I had to learn control all over again of my powers even developed new ones and surprisingly I had been good control over my vampire side. They think it's because of the fact I'm half fae, but I didn't care seeing as though I still have to drink blood  just not as much and I can still have to eat human food seeing I use my fae powers." As I finished I liked up at him and he was just staring at me like he wanted to ask me so many questions yet didn't know where to begin. When he finally did ask a question it threw me off. " So not only are you the first hybrid I met you can leave here and go back to the fae world anytime you want? And your last name is Briel as in the far king and queen Briel?" I nodded my head yes and said " yep you are looking at the long lost fae princess who is also part vampire the first ever fae to survive the turn even if it's only half." He looked at me confused and I said " vampires can be extremely leathal to fae there venom is known to be a poison to us well except me of course. For some reason I was able to do what no fae could and survive the turn."
