Dale and Lenny exchanged glances again.
“You want us to call the police on your stepbrother if he tries to gain access?”
“Yes. I have removed his credentials from the alarm company account. I have notified them that I have approved no one. I haven't been able to retrieve the key, but I do not have time to change the locks. Please ensure that David is informed that he is not permitted to trespass on the property. He is no longer a resident there. If the alarm is breached, call the police for trespassing. Understood?”
There was a pause before Lenny leaned in close.
“Should we use extreme prejudice, Rio?”
I offered a smile, a nod.
“You gentlemen handle things as you deem appropriate. No one is to enter my house. Now, I need to go, but I will see you all when I return.”
