RIO We stepped into Bethany’s Trinket shop, but it suddenly felt different. Bethany led us straight to the back room, just behind the beaded curtains that divided the spaces. However, what was curious and slightly alarming was that the back room almost seemed like an entirely different building. The front of the store was cozy, rustic, and stocked with an assortment of trinkets, homemade art, and touristy collectibles, all bearing the Jasper, AB, label. But the back room was expansive.
