Celestina’s POV
The day of the attack
“Noooo!!” I screamed but that didn’t stop Venus from moving forward. I used all my power to freeze the time but I was late, everything around the town froze including people, trees, supernatural beings, animals. The only thing in the environment moving is the air which has increased its pace. I went and saw Xavier struggling to get up.
“Hey, babe.” He tried to smile through the pain which brought me to my knees.
“Oh my god! Please don’t move Xavier, I will get you to our home.” I tried to get him on his feet and wrapped his arms around my shoulder. “Hold on tight.” I whispered to him and rushed to our cabin. I laid him on our bed and shut the drapes. I lit a candle and started to pull all the healing spell potion into a bowl.
