I heard faint noise of my phone ringing but it seems like it’s ringing into my dream so I squirm into my bed and pulled comforter more on my head but there was thudding into my head like someone is hammering inside.
I screamed a little inside the comforter, removed it completely as got up on the bed and sat with the support of head rest.
I hit my head with my right palm a little but it was hurting like hell, hangover is killing me.
On top of my misery, my phone started ringing again.
I found it after throwing few things from bed.It was Reine calling me from decades.
“ What ?” I couldn’t help but snapped a little while massaging my temples.
“ It’s urgent” she murmured that but I can sense sos into her tone.
That made me alert and hangover long forgotten.
“ I am listening.” I gave a nod for her to continue.
“ Someone has reported you, filed a complaint against you.” She spoke that while I am still processing those words into my mind.
“ Exactly for what ?” I asked to gather more information while I am already into kitchen to make myself one strong coffee to wake my system up totally.
“ It says that you have violated the laws while being the member of law society and you know it’s a bigger crime when you belong to law society.” She replied while I was keep pacing for joining the dots because I know something which needed to be confirm.
“ Does it contain anymore details like who complained about me ?” I asked as tapping continuously on the marble of kitchen island.
“ No it says anonymous but it has some CD attached to it maybe it’s a proof ?” She informed me while I can hear the background voices like she is fumbling with something.
“ Don’t open it until I come there and at what timing I have to present myself in front of policemen ?” I asked anxiously because this is not what I need right now when I have many important things running.
“ I have handled it so You have to present yourself directly in front of judiciary.” She replied in a low tone, I can hear sadness into her tone.
“ Thanks Riri ! I owe you one more club visit I guess.” I said humourlessly.
“ Are you alright ?” Worried best friend of mine on mission.
“ Uhmm” I replied.
“ Alright Riri, listen keep everything ready. I will come straightly to courtroom and we will discuss everything there. Tell everyone at office that we will resume our work after lunch.” I ordered those things while my mind’s wheels are keep moving.
“ Viv ! You know maybe you have to...” she couldn’t complete that sentence.
“ I know but I want to be optimistic so I will see you there.” With that I disconnected the call and readied myself to melt into the mold.
Long day waiting for me......

Mr. Siyans my big time rival is fighting this battle against me, I still have no idea who has reported me or maybe I know....

A man got up from the people sitting in an audience made me gasp but not that surprised.
I hoped that it won’t be him, but he is there in front of me to speak against me.
“ So Mr. pert ! You are the one because of whom she bullied Miss sarah ?” Mr. siyans started with his questions and he got nod in answer.
That b***h’s name is sarah ? Suits her...
“ As we all can see into video that her face is covered into black mask then how did you get to know that it’s her ?” Opposition lawyer asked that while giving Mr. pert scrutinising gaze.
“ I couldn’t help after what happened into that washroom, I waited for her to come out because I wanted to thank her again and that’s when I got to know her name.” He spoke those words in one go like it was practiced while looking at judiciary.
My mouth was hanging open, i closed my eyes a little while clutched railing of criminal box tightly until it made my knuckles white.
What a liar !Seriously god....
“ After seeing every witnesses, do you have anything to say ?” Judiciary asked to me.
I straighten my slumped shoulders because I am not the one who get easily defeated.
“ Your honor ! I would like to request for some time to collect evidences to prove my innocence.” I held railing still tightly with the aderline rush killing me.
“ We will give you last 24 hours to prove your innocence or else you will be punished for the crime.” Judiciary stamped at that and we all nodded at that.
Everyone started departing while I was still glued to my place.
“ what are we going to do now ?” Reine came to my side but I was busy into something else.
“ Reine ! Wait for me in the parking lot, I will see you in a bit.” I convey those words to her which cleary saying....NO MORE QUESTIONS.
She disappeared from there while I was keep waiting for the person who is the reason behind all of this....
“ This box suits you, this is where you belong....” I heard the voice I was anticipating all this while.
“ Why doesn’t it surprise me that it’s you behind all of this ? It literally screams a coward trying to be a lion.” I shot that back with smirk.
“ Any life tip for today Miss True feminism ?” He asked me while stood in front of me to show his victory smile.
“ Uhmm ! Never trust a person who wears Armani.... I say never Mr. Dwayene Smith.” I spoke each and every word specifically while looking straight into his eyes filled with Rage and hatred.
I walked away from the betrayer......but why does it hurt inside ?
