I laughed so hard when I heard him say that I was cheating on his son. My laugh echoed in the halls and because no one else was making a noise, it sounded big and ominous. “This is crazy. Me? Cheating? What kind of a joke is this?”
Everyone was still looking at me, and all of them were surprised, and probably scared for me--- now that I was openly showing disrespect to King Luander. But I don’t care anymore, not now when I already know that he has someone with him that is not a human that’s helping him. I have to stand up to him to expose him to everyone.
