SHIRLEY POV
"Tremblay!" I yelled his name.
He paused and turned back gently to look at me.
"You left someone in the room; you should go be with her," I said affrontedly.
"Why do you keep saying that?" He began walking back to me.
That's just what I want. I want him to stay away from the wardrobe.
"I asked her to leave," Tremblay confessed.
"What?"
"She is only to come to my chambers at night," he replied.
He took hold of my hand and kissed it.
"You are mine, Shirley, and no one can separate us," he said those words romantically.
I held his cheeks and kissed him.
"I love you, Tremblay," I said to his face.
He smiled at me and held my waist while we both left the room.
We strolled along the hallway.
All other rooms in the pack house were far off from the room.
It was truly an abandoned room.
While we strolled back to our room, my mind escaped back to the incident that happened earlier.
I still feel there was something about that stranger that was murdered.
"Evelyn!" I heard her name escaped from his lips.
I escaped from my thoughts and watched her standing in front.
"What are you doing here? I told you to leave," Tremblay reminded her.
"Yes, I was leaving with my mom, but she decided to take a look at the mansion for a while," Evelyn replied.
She seems to have a nervous look.
"Please, have you perhaps seen her anywhere?" Evelyn asked. Her eyes looking weary, she must have been frustrated from searching for her mom.
"No, I haven't seen her," Tremblay replied.
"Did you, Shirley?" he asked.
I was in a sudden pause. My mind is recalling who Shirley's mother was.
She was also present at the ceremony last night.
"Shirley!" He yelled my name this time, jerking me back to reality.
He was staring at me. Evelyn was also staring.
I had only just realised that I didn't answer his earlier question.
"No—no, I haven't seen anyone," I replied, despite knowing it was late to do so.
"I'm sure she couldn't have gone too far. Besides the mansion is a large" I added to show I was concerned.
"Shirley is right; the mansion is a big one. We should probably check for her," Tremblay suggested.
"I don't just know where to look," Evelyn admitted.
"Come on! I'll give you a hand," Tremblay stated while taking her hand and walking away with her.
I stared at the both of them as they walked away.
I exhaled and wondered why Tremblay was so concerned about her.
I walked alone to our room, not willing to join in their search for their mother. She should be old enough to find her way, shouldn't she?
I got to the room and closed the door gently behind me.
Heaving a sigh of relief, I began pulling off my clothes to go take a shower.
I made a gentle walk into the bathroom.
The bathroom was large and had a bath pool in a corner.
It was neat and had a shower as well as a WC. The walls were of tiles of unique design.
I went into the pool where I usually find comfort.
The soft, milky water that I immersed myself in always gave me a reason to live.
I poured some milk into the water and stirred it gently with my hand.
Usually, I let the maids do that for me. However, I don't see the need now since I'm already here.
The clear water was milky in no time, giving a sweet scent as
I nudged myself forward in the pool, shaking off my thoughts at the moment.
The dead woman seems to be a burden to me.
I don't know why I feel a connection.
Could we be related?
No! She's probably a maid who works here. I told myself and continued swimming in the milky pool.
Rubbing my skin with a sponge, I took a quick bath.
I was in a hurry to get out of the water all of a sudden.
It's hunger; my stomach is grumbling.
I had skipped last night's dinner in the claim I was angry.
I got out of the pool and grabbed a towel to dry my drenched body.
I wrapped the towel around my chest once I was done cleaning up.
Strolling further to the wardrobe, I took out a lovely dress.
A purple robe with flowery embroidery.
It was one of my favourites. I felt special any time I wore that dress.
My excitement was that Evelyn was going to leave anyway.
Tremblay made it clear that she was only to visit at night.
I monitored the rough cover on the bed and thought of arranging it.
I let out a smile as I began spreading the covers to fit the bed perfectly.
With my hands aligning the neatness of the covers, I smiled warmly.
Memories of how I lay on the bed with my legs widely opened and grabbed Tremblay's waist.
His erect d**k was engulfed in my v****a, and his balls were crushed between my thighs.
It was fun how I would keep him in-between, even though he was tired to go on. He would probably just fall asleep in the spot.
Alpha Tremblay is truly a weak fucker.
A rash knock came on the door while I was imagining s*x with Tremblay.
The door got opened even before I could respond.
Two soldiers barged into the room and rushed at me.
I was in shock.
"What is going on?" I ask myself.
Each soldier grabbed my hands and led me outside the room.
"Let go of me!" I yelled at them and tried forcing myself out of their grips.
"What are you doing?" I added as we got out of the room.
My eyes met with Tremblay, who was holding Evelyn in a consoling manner.
She sobered with tears rolling down her cheeks.
The whole scenario seemed to have caught me in shock.
"How could you?" Tremblay muttered at me with a serious gaze. He nodded, disappointed, and turned back to Evelyn.
"Take her to the dungeon!" I hear him say.
