“What about this one?” Paul asks me, holding up a giant stuffed black wolf. It's easily as big as I am, and probably weighs as much as well.
“When I said you could buy her a stuffed black wolf to cuddle with while you’re gone, I didn’t mean a life-sized one,” I giggled.
“Why not?” Paul pouts, holding the wolf’s face up to his own, “Doesn’t it look just like me?”
“It does. It’s huge and imposing, just like you,” I teased him, pushing his shoulder playfully.
“How am I imposing?” Paul furrows his thick brows, but I can see the hint of a smirk on his lips and I can feel his playfulness through the bond.
