We
spend the rest of the morning shopping in Fira, the capital of Santorini, which
has street after street lined with bright, trendy stores. There are tons of
chic clothes at a range of styles and prices. I’ve already noticed while
traveling how women in Italy, Greece, and Spain are always well-dressed. It’s
all about the little details, and the women seem to have an innate sense of
style. Our shopping trip is productive; I only let myself buy two dresses, but
they’re perfect. This shopping trip with the girls was exactly what I needed to
cheer up, and we return to the hotel smiling.
Once
we’re back in my room, we find a bouquet of multi-colored roses placed on the
table.
