The last time I shouted at Dani, it was just after her birthday and I didn’t know she was pregnant, she responded and we nearly lost our babies.
Seeing that blood, hearing her cry and just being scared, it was enough for me to never raise my voice at her again.
I admit there were times where her neurotic behavior tested me but then she’d turn around and I’d see her bump and beautiful green eyes so I’d let it go because we had a deal.
She’d drop this losing fight against the King and focus on her health, her ob/gyn even said that for someone carrying twins Dani is still not gaining enough weight.
We had a deal that she’d take easy but I should have known, a leopard never really changes its spots.
