James Horn, the one who was still tied to a chair looked like one of those mummies they kept finding in Peru and Egypt; his skin grey, shiny leather shrunk onto bone. It looked exactly like something had sucked all of the juice out of him as spiders are said to do. The spider had become his exact duplicate. James Horn was dead and James Horn was reborn, looking for all intents and purposes like an adult baby, right down to the soft and unmarred skin. “Is that not the most impressive things you have seen in – I don’t know – quite a while?” Lucifer cried, still clapping. “Go! Get showered and dressed, then come right back. You know where everything is.” He told the now shivering naked creature which nodded, sketched a brief bow and left. Of course, it knows!
