First sign of craziness

People always say that the first sign of craziness is when someone talks to him or herself, which Emma always does whenever she is alone, but now she thinks that the first sign of craziness is when you think that you are inside the body of a 5-year-old.

Emma sighed a hundred times as she confirmed that she was indeed inside a five-year-old body. She eyed the baby bottle beside her and sighed again. When she opened her eyes, she found her soul trapped inside this body, and she didn't even know the name of this body. She had read a lot of transmigration novels and how it works, but shouldn't she at least have the memory of this body?

''Ella.'' as Emma was still thinking how on earth she got inside this body, she heard someone calling her a name she didn't recognise, but subconsciously she turned and faced the source of the voice.

A handsome boy stood in front of her. Without thinking twice, she started drooling. Although the boy looked young, he sure was handsome and also his long red hair looked so cute on him, if he was a singer or actor in my world then he would have been popular, ''Hi.'' Emma shyly greeted him, her. Her weaknesses are many and seeing a handsome guy is one of them, but she never shows it because she has never seen anyone who was more beautiful than her brother and, of course, the two gods she saw.

'Speaking of the gods, does it mean that they got her here or what, but where the hell is she? the boy in front of her that seems to be moving his mouth for awhile is putting on some kind of clothes that looks like she is in 18th century in England, which sounds absurd but..........' before she can finish her thought she felt her self shaking, when she looked over it was the boy in front of her that was shaking her.

''Wh...wha...what a...are... yo....you ....do....doing?''

''I have been talking non-stop, but you seemed to be absent-minded. What were you thinking and why were you drooling?'' the red hair said after getting Emma's attention.

''Who are you?'' Emma said after experiencing the hard shake from the red hair, who, by the way, still looked cute.

''Ella Gladstone, what is wrong with you?'' the red hair yelled.

''Ella Gladstone, a Gladstone? as in the Gladstone in Gwen's hood?'' As Emma finished asking this she fainted right away without waiting for a yes or no answer from the red hair.

It has been two weeks since Emma found out she had transmigrated into the last novel she read and she even became one of the side characters, which is cool, since she won't be changing the plot, but the problem is that, This Ella Gladstone died at the age of five at the hands of her elder sister due to jealousy, and now she is five which means her death day is fast approaching.

The five year old walked around her room with one thought in her mind, 'how to survive and if surviving would change the plot of the novel.' Well she actually didn't care about the plot of the novel, but her survival and when she would die, at first when she started reading Gwen's hood she skipped when Ella Gladstone was killed, so he didn't know how she would die.

And when she was about to be killed by her fiancee she also stupidly skipped the chapter, ''Okay, let's think the story through.'' Emma said aloud, before sitting down.

The story began when the grand duke's wife was pregnant with her second daughter and third child. That was when the villain was introduced (The duke's first daughter.) Because of the love she had been receiving was being given to the unborn baby, the villain became jealous.

When the baby was born, the duke's wife suffered a lot and later she died. Immediately she gave birth to the baby, people believed that the life of the duke's wife would be continued by the baby, but the villain believed that the baby killed her mother and so she started hating her so much that she planned to kill her as small as she was.

When the baby became five, she was poisoned by the villain in her room, but the day was skipped by Emma.

Emma sighed one more time when she couldn't figure it out, ''Ahh! this is so frustrating.''

''My lady?'' a young girl's voice was heard.

When Emma turned she saw a young girl about ten years old standing beside her while looking at her as if she had gone insane, ''Who are you?'' Emma asked the red-haired girl, who started crying, ''Has my lady forgotten about me? i am Jane my lady.''

Emma smiled at her when she realized who she was. She was the original body's maid. Everybody from the Gladstone family always chose their own personal maid, who was five years older than them. When Ella was born, she held Jane's hand the moment they saw each other and that's when it was decided that Jane would be her personal maid, and Jane couldn't let go of the cute baby's hand.

The Gladstone family is like a large clan, their red hair and green eyes are one of the things that you can use to recognise any member of Gladstone's household. The maids and the servants and all the workers working for them also have red hair and green eyes.

The symbol of their clan is also one of the things you would use to identify a member of the Gladstone family. The symbol is a snake. Many thought that the symbol meant that all of Gladstone's family were all snakes, but when Emma was reading the story she understood that the symbol actually meant, 'Beware of snakes.''

''It's nothing Jane, let go out to play.'' even though she sounded excited, only Emma knew how much she was suffering from skipping an important chapter of the novel, so her plan now was to stay alive no matter what, even if it meant she would be invisible.
