Georgia woke up with a throbbing headache,it felt like her body had been drained of all its energy. She looked around the room where she was in,it looked very vintage like it was built in the 60's.
She sat up on the bed and was about to stand up when Liam entered the room
"Hello sweetling,how are you feeling"
"I'm not gonna lie,I never imagined using powers would be so draining"Liam chuckled
"Yeah tell me about it,you slept for 14 hours ,even till we got here"
"Yeah, where are we by the way,it looks like we went back in time"
"Well, technically we're back in time because we teleported to a dimension that's still dated back to a whole century ago,so yeah. This is the town of meldivia, where your next quest for you third element will commence, the fire element "
"Oh,that's intriguing, will I like shoot sparks out of my fingers or something? "she said using her hand to remove a lint from his hair.
Their eyes locked, and somehow the air around them changed,Georgia felt like she was suddenly having issues breathing.
"It's so crazy how you don't yet have the fire element yet and still make me burn for you every second you're around me"said Liam, stroking her face with his hands." I've only known you a few days and it feels like I've known you for centuries"
Her breath hitched"well we definitely gonna have all eternity to spend together ".
He started stroking her jawline down to her neck and then her collar bone and then he leaned in and kissed her in her neck. Georgia started breathing heavily,He kisses a path from her neck down to her collar bones then he put on her aching n*****s in his mouth. She grabbed the bedsheets and tried to stifle a moan but failed horribly.
They were interrupted by a rapt knock on the door,Liam got up and opened the door,it was Abby.
"We're being summoned,is she awake now?"
He opened the door wider to let her in
"Hey Georgia,how are you feeling?"
"Not my best right now but I'll manage, did I hear you say we're being summoned.
"Yeah by the medivian panel of judges, concerning your next test, there's a stout man outside named Eriel that says we need to come with him right now".
They left the room to meet Eriel,he was about three feet tall, with brown skin and auburn hair.He had eyes the color of emerald and was quite built for a short man.
"Hello I'm Eriel and I'll be your guide through out your short stay in medivia"he gave Georgia a look over,Abby scoffed,"please follow me,the judges are waiting ".
They left the room where she was staying and started walking through a dimly lit hallway that had few candles hung spacely at each turn,it felt like they were in a castle.
Eriel led them to a sparsely large room where four men and three men who sat in a conference like table, they wore very large black colored cloaks, they each had a different element potrayed on their chests, fire, earth, water, air, nature, one looked like sound waves, flower and one was ice.
The one with fire spoke first,"Hello georgia freeman,we are the jugdes of the universe,we are in charge of every force, fairy and supernatural beings scattered around the universe. You were summoned here today because of the task you have taken upon yourself which was supposed to be meant for someone else because you're clearly a human"
The woman with the water sign spoke next"You have breached the rules of the virtue constitution and as such you're supposed to be punished accordingly"
Georgia frowned, what the hell did she mean punished accordingly, for a job she didn't even want in the first place, she balled her hands into fists, the room became a bit windy all of a sudden,
"What do you mean punished,I never knew those writings were a spell,I was literally on Vaca.."
"SILENCE!!!"it was the one with the sound element"you do not have a right to speak"
She was holding on to her patience but it slipped when the jugde silenced her, nobody had the right to silence Georgia freeman.
A small cloud started forming right there in the room, she glanced at Liam and saw him mouthing"calm down"but it was too late for that now.
"No,you..."She pointed at the one that shut her up...do NOT have the right to shut me up, especially for a job I never wanted in the first place"
"Preposterous"she heard one of them say.
It was when it started raining inside the room that she realized she was using her powers,a blend of air and water which created the cloud overheard.
She heard Liam scream something inaudible from across the room, everyone in the room was drenched, she didn't know how to stop the rain cloud.
"Enough!"she heard of the female judges say,the one with the flower sign, she flicked her fingers and the rain cloud dissipated into thin air"
Georgia looked around and gasped, what had she done, everyone was in the room was drenched including the judges.
She looked at Liam, she didn't like the fear she saw on his face, her stomach churned.
One of the female judges wrung out water from her cloak, the judge with the fire sign came forward and said,
"Georgia freeman, you have committed a sacrilege and such you shall be punished, you are hereby banished from all dimensions to the underworld,Eriel escort her to the exit".
Liam came and stood in from of her"Wait!I know what my betroth just did is quite unforgivable but please, temper justice with mercy, she doesnt have control of her powers or her emotions".
The judge looked at Georgia who looked like she was on the verge of crying and said
"Very well,we would be lenient with her punishment, she would be banished but not to stay in the underworld but to complete her quests, only this time they would be almost unsolvable and you would accompany her,the other human will be sent back to the human dimension"
Liam nodded and faced Georgia"we have to go now"he turned to Abby"you'll be taken back to the cottage, you don't have to worry about anyone coming for you,it's Georgia they're worried about "Abby nodded and hugged Georgia"I know Liam would never let you out of his sight but take good care of yourself, okay? Georgia nodded.
Uriel gestured towards the doorway that led to the underworld"it's time to go"Liam and Georgia held hands and walked through the doorway squinting from the overly bright light coming from the other side.
