Chapter 7: ThanksgivingThanksgiving. One advantage, I get a few days away from the frigid grasp of my workplace. Major disadvantage, I get to spend one of those extra days with my extended family. Without fail, I’ve yet to find someone who likes every last relative. Too bad drinking and driving is illegal, or I would have drunk myself into an inebriated stupor beforehand. The drive out to London—the crappier, Canadian one—is long. I’m glad I only have to do it a few times a year.
