Rory stood before the Weaver of Light, her heart racing with excitement and a touch of fear. She had agreed to learn the secrets of the loom, but she had no idea what lay ahead. The Weaver of Light smiled, her eyes shining with warmth and kindness. "Do not be afraid, Rory," she said. "I will teach you everything you need to know. You will be my apprentice, and together we will unlock the secrets of the loom." Rory felt a sense of wonder and awe. She had never imagined that she would be apprenticed to the legendary Weaver of Light. The Weaver of Light led Rory to a beautiful garden filled with flowers and trees that seemed to glow with an otherworldly energy. In the center of the garden stood a magnificent loom, its threads shimmering with light and color. "This is the Loom of Light," the Weaver of Light said, her voice filled with reverence. "It is the most powerful loom in all the realms, and it holds the secrets of the universe." Rory felt a sense of awe and wonder. She had never seen anything so beautiful and powerful. The Weaver of Light smiled, her eyes shining with approval. "You have a good eye, Rory," she said. "You can see the beauty and power of the loom. Now, let us begin your training." And with that, Rory's apprenticeship began. She spent hours each day learning the secrets of the loom, practicing her weaving and learning about the ancient magic that flowed through the threads. As the days turned into weeks, Rory grew more confident and skilled. She could feel the power of the loom flowing through her, and she knew that she was becoming a true weaver. But despite her progress, Rory couldn't shake the feeling that something was off. She sensed a darkness lurking in the shadows, a malevolent force that threatened to destroy everything she had worked for. And then, one night, Rory saw it. A dark figure lurking in the garden, its eyes glowing with an otherworldly energy. Rory knew that she had to act fast. She grabbed her weaving shuttle and prepared to defend herself. But as she looked into the eyes of the dark figure, Rory saw something that made her heart skip a beat. It was a face she knew, a face she had thought was long gone. Rory's eyes widened in shock as she stared at the dark figure before her. It was a face she knew, a face she had thought was long gone. "Aidan?" she whispered, her voice trembling with emotion. The dark figure nodded, its eyes gleaming with a malevolent light. "I've been waiting for you, Rory," it said, its voice low and menacing. Rory felt a chill run down her spine. What had happened to Aidan? Why had he become this dark, twisted version of himself? Aidan took a step closer, his eyes burning with an inner fire. "I've been consumed by the darkness," he said, his voice dripping with malice. "And now, I've come for you." Rory knew she had to act fast. She raised her weaving shuttle, ready to defend herself. But as she looked into Aidan's eyes, she saw something that made her heart skip a beat. A glimmer of recognition, a spark of the old Aidan. "Aidan, it's me," she said, trying to reach out to him. "Rory. Your friend." Aidan's expression faltered, and for a moment, Rory saw the old Aidan, the one she had known and loved. But then, the darkness closed in again, and Aidan's eyes turned cold and hard. "You're too late," he said, his voice dripping with malice. "I've been consumed by the darkness. And now, I'll consume you." Rory knew she had to act fast. She raised her weaving shuttle, ready to defend herself against the dark Aidan. But as she looked into his eyes, she saw something that made her heart skip a beat. A glimmer of hope, a chance to save Aidan from the darkness.
