Backstage of The Internet President, agents and stage crew swarm around Corella, MJ, and None. With the presidency decided, None shifts focus to taking over from the sitting lame duck president.
“President Hayfield’s transition team will debrief your staff next week,” Agent Vincent says.
His staff. Right. MJ and Shen, more like. How do you build an army from scratch? None jerks his head from side to side. “Where’s Shen? I need him here.”
Agent Vincent points to a couple of agents, who break off.
None says, “We move to Washington. Corella, do you have a D.C. studio?”
“It’s on standby, Mr. President.”
“I’ll write up suggestions for your cabinet,” MJ says.
None says, “I’ve got a better idea. Corella, can you upgrade our TV show from weekly to daily?”
