The Robots Are Coming
None and MJ lounge on the left couch in the TV studio, for the second and last TV episode in L.A. Corella sits at the center desk.
Corella grins at None. “Which campaign issue is the highest priority?”
None strokes his chin. “If only there were a way to remember.” He turns to MJ. “Do you remember?”
MJ perks up. A man cries out, “More jobs.”
None cups his hands around his ear. “I can’t hear you.”
The man repeats his answer. A few more chime in. MJ jumps up and points to herself with mock surprise. “More Jobs,” the crowd shouts. The audience rises to its feet.
“Say my name,” MJ says. She sprints down the center aisle of the audience. The crowd chants her name, “More Jobs. More Jobs.” MJ beams. The intensity of the crowd energizes her. She slaps high f
